Proofing

Our design consultants will produce the Order of Service and email over a PDF proof. We can make as many alterations as needed to make sure the final design is exactly as required.

Payment and print

Payment details are only taken once the design has been approved to go to print. The order is then printed using state of the art digital printers on luxury 300gsm card and professionaly printed.

Delivery

FREE next working day morning delivery (tracked with signature required). Saturday, pre 9 am and 10 am courier services are also available should you require.

4-page versions are printed on 300gsm high-quality uncoated card, creased and folded. 8 and 12-page versions are printed on 300gsm high-quality uncoated card for the cover, and 120gsm high-quality paper for the inner pages which are creased, folded and wire stitched. Please download the document here to add your text for the Order of Service. Once you have compleated the text document and selected any photographs required please fill out the form and upload the text and images to send to our graphic consultants.

Timescale

Once we have received your information and you shall receive a proof within 3-4 working hours. Our graphic consultants are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The final artwork should be approved by 12 noon to allow for printing and next working day delivery.

Paper Stock

The card stock your order is printed on is FSC approved and is environmentally sustainable. We have options for White, Ivory and Recycled stock. We print our Order of Service covers on luxury 300gsm card and the inner pages on 120gsm high-quality paper, then precision cut to shape resulting in a clean and uniform presentation. They are then machine creased for accuracy, wire stitched, hand folded and packaged, all under the eyes of our experienced printers. A member of our quality control checks the Orders of Service before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.
