Having previously used this service in 2013, we had no hesitation in using it again. However, the online system has obviously been altered in the interim, and this time it was nowhere near as simple to mock up the draft – a lot of going backwards and forwards to previous pages, and with difficult-to-see thumbnails at the bottom of the page rather than large and readable at the side. In my memory it used to be like making a card on Moonpig – starting at the front, finishing at the back, with no messing. This time I had to call for the help of my husband, a computer buff, and even he found it difficult to use. The finished result was fine, though, arrived the next day and was of good quality. Had the online process been as easy as previously I would have marked it 5* rather than only 3*, as it would have saved a lot of shouting in our household!
